Mine went off at 0200 for a system upgrade and it is still down. Apparantly alot of customers in the same boat. Must be a major problem. Said it would take 10 minutes. Their phones are overloaded.

Have you tried unplugging the decoder from the wall socket then plugging it back in again after about 30 seconds.

Well I am at work now but it says dont do that with an upgrade but seems like its a ton of people with the same problem. Anyhow see what tonight brings and if it is resolved.

Hahaha! Contradiction between the two sources about disconnecting the power - however, I would go with the one from Sky, given that it was updated at 10.09.59am today!
