This good keen man (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cjvDsTWNzT4&feature=related) has harnessed two basic forces, implosion and explosion to not only get himself wound up with hot air, he has balanced the yin and yang. Magic stuff.
The craftsmanship is pretty impressive too.

Terry - could I suggest "The country's in the very best of hands" ?

Do we get a link?

Or are you referring to yourself?

That's better ;)

Tried to avoid links lest it start a chain reaction, but hey - we need thrills

Ahh, I've got a machine like that, it consists of a bike wheel, attached to a generator, which powers a motor attached to the wheel. It's foolproof! How do I know? Lucas brought the rights to it!

Lucas normally purchase rights, then sell wrongs.

All those propellers made me think of Flying Down To Rio (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwAW1Wbzj-w&p), a much better tune..:banana

Not very safe recommended flying practice at all. Think of the difficulties the pilot must have had trying to see through all those legs waving in front of and obscuring his field of vision. Certainly does not meet the criteria for minimum visibility.

Must have been IFR.
